Job Title: Dietary/EVS Manager

Job Summary:

The Dietary/ Environmental Services (EVS) Manager performs duties of considerable difficulty under the general direction of the Director of Materials Management. The Dietary/EVS Manger will provide leadership, direction and management oversight for the continuous improvement of the Dietary/EVS departments. Management of the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and appearance for patients, visitors and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license and be eligible to be insured under RMCHCS vehicle liability policy. • Current Food Handler’s certification required. • ServSafe certification required (if not current upon hire, must obtain certification within six (6) months of hire. Dietary Manager’s Course (certificate program) preferred.
