Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Access

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Access is responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives that directly support service line growth, improve patient access, and increase utilization of hospital services.
This role is highly execution-focused and data-driven, with a clear expectation that digital work translates into measurable outcomes such as appointments, referrals, and patient volume. The Specialist partners closely with service lines, access teams, and marketing colleagues to ensure digital efforts are aligned with organizational growth priorities. Experience managing paid digital campaigns and interpreting performance data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required or required. Experience: * Healthcare or multi-site service organization experience highly preferred. * Familiarity with patient access workflows, call tracking, or CRM tools. * Experience in performance-driven or continuous improvement environments. * 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrated growth outcomes, required.
