Job Title: Director of Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The Director of Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement is responsible for building and executing a modern, data-driven digital strategy that improves patient access, grows service line volume, and strengthens community trust in the hospital and health system. This leader will move the organization from traditional, campaign-based marketing to always-on digital engagement ensuring patients can easily find, understand, and access care. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on accountability, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. Experience: * Healthcare experience strongly preferred. * 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry required.
