Job Title: House Supervisor

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Location: RMCHCS
  • Shift: Rotation

Job Summary:

The House Supervisor is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality services through effective management of activities throughout the organization during assigned shift. In the absence of the executive staff, is responsible for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the administrator on call and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The House Supervisor is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma Program required. • BSN preferred. Experience: • Minimum of three (3) years’ staff nurse experience required – two (2) years’ if BSN. • Minimum of one (1) year of charge nurse experience preferred.Licensure & Certifications: • Current RN license to practice professional Nursing in the State of New Mexico or acceptable compact state RN licensure. • Must complete and maintain ACLS Certification within three (3) months of hire. • Must complete and maintain PALS certification within 6 months of hire. • Current verification in Basic Life Support required. (If BLS verification is not current upon hire must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.)
