Position Summary:
CRT:
The Respiratory Therapist (CRT), under general supervision from the Respiratory Clinical Manager, is responsible for all general respiratory care duties as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, which includes the administration of aerosol therapy, arterial blood analysis, ECG's, pulmonary function screening, oxygen administration, and incentive spirometry. Intensive care experience must include, but is not limited to, arterial line management, ventilator maintenance and troubleshooting, intubation and extubation of patients and blood gas lab operations. The Respiratory Therapist (CRT) is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
RRT:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), under general supervision from the Respiratory Clinical Manager, is responsible for all general respiratory care duties as indicated as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, which includes the administration of aerosol therapy, arterial blood analysis, ECG's, pulmonary function screening, oxygen administration, and incentive spirometry. Intensive care experience must include but not limited to arterial line management, ventilator maintenance and troubleshooting, intubation and extubation of patients and blood gas lab operations. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
