"The staff were excellent and answered my call light in a reasonable time. I now understand my medication, Navajo, better. I want to thank the housekeeper for keeping my room clean and wiping down furniture and sinks—I can’t remember her name but she’s great. Having hot blankets and native speaking nurses for some patients would help them understand more in their native language. Thank you."

"EVS staff were very helpful keeping everything clean. All the nursing staff were outstanding, always introducing themselves and constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. The case manager was very assisting, which was very much appreciated. Dietary team was very friendly and also made sure I was good."

I now understand potassium, Eliquis, Coreg, Entresto, and aspirin better. I can’t remember their names but all were great. Emergency staff were great too—very patient and knowledgeable. Not really anything could have improved my stay."
