Welcome to RMCHCS! The Education Department is excited to have you join our team. Our Onboarding and New Employee Orientation begins with a General Orientation Presentation, followed by department-specific training for both clinical and non-clinical roles, utilizing our online learning platforms.
In addition to employee onboarding, we offer orientation programs for high school, college, and university students completing their clinical or practicum hours with us.
Over the past year, the Education Department partnered with Gallup McKinley County Schools as part of the Health Career Student Work Internship Program. This collaboration resulted in hosting a high school student who has since joined RMCHCS as an employee.
