Nephrology & Hospitalist
Oladipo Adeniyi is a board-certified physician specializing in Nephrology and Hospital Medicine. With advanced expertise in nephrology, interventional nephrology, and dialysis, he provides comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions. His dedication to improving patient outcomes ensures exceptional care for individuals managing chronic kidney disease, dialysis needs, and other complex medical conditions.
Dr. Adeniyi also brings his expertise to hospital medicine, offering specialized inpatient care with a focus on seamless coordination and patient-centered treatment plans.

Joshua D. Back is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with broad experience in full-spectrum primary care. His clinical background includes training in family medicine through residency programs in California and Washington, with a strong focus on community-based and underserved care.
Dr. Back has experience in global health and public health initiatives, having coordinated medical and environmental health projects in rural Honduras. He also has a background in clinical research and has published peer-reviewed studies in infectious disease, musculoskeletal medicine, and spine-related conditions. Glen Dopp is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including extensive work in critical care, emergency services, and inpatient hospital settings. His background includes high-acuity ICU practice at multiple trauma centers, where he has served as a charge nurse, rapid response team member, and clinical preceptor.
Dr. Dopp has broad clinical experience managing complex medical conditions, ventilator care, cardiac and critical care monitoring, neonatal and pediatric patients, maternal health, and post–open heart care. He has worked across diverse healthcare environments, including rural hospitals, large health systems, and crisis-response deployments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tanisha A. Diaz is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in wound care, acute and chronic disease management, dialysis, critical care, and home health services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences at Rockhurst University.
Tanisha currently practices as an Advanced Wound Specialist Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive wound assessment, bedside debridement, treatment planning, and staff and patient education in long-term care settings. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote healing and improve patient outcomes.
Her prior clinical experience includes roles in acute dialysis, neonatal intensive care, respiratory care, and home health nursing, giving her a broad and well-rounded foundation in patient care across the lifespan. Tanisha is recognized for her collaborative approach, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Ayodele Erinle is a board-certified nephrologist with specialized expertise in nephrology, interventional nephrology, and dialysis care. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney disorders, focusing on advanced treatments and procedures to improve patient outcomes.

Kingsley Onuoha is a skilled nephrologist currently pursuing a fellowship in Interventional Nephrology at the University of New Mexico. With broad clinical experience across internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Onuoha is dedicated to providing holistic and patient-centered care.
He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) from the University of Ghana, followed by a Medical Science degree. Dr. Onuoha’s professional path includes serving as a resident physician at both St. Vincent’s Medical Center and Southwest Family Health Center, where he sharpened his expertise in primary and outpatient care. He has also been actively involved in clinical research, including Phase 3 drug trials, and has contributed to medical education by teaching in academic environments.
Proficient in English, Igbo, and basic French, Dr. Onuoha is committed to addressing the healthcare needs of diverse communities, with a special focus on advancing kidney health. He is a member of several respected medical organizations, including the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.

Sabrina M. Lucero-Jackson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with extensive experience in emergency medicine, hospitalist services, and acute care leadership. She has practiced across a wide range of hospital and emergency department settings in New Mexico and Arizona, serving both rural and community-based populations.
Dr. Lucero-Jackson has held advanced clinical and leadership roles, including Hospitalist Medical Director and Lead Hospitalist Director, providing care in emergency departments, inpatient hospitalist services, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and post-acute settings. Her background includes pain management, critical care, and emergency nursing, with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and patient safety.
She maintains advanced practice licensure in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, along with national certification through ANCC. Dr. Lucero-Jackson is recognized for her clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered acute care.

Oluwatoyin TJ Moyebi is a skilled physician committed to providing high-quality care to her patients. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), showcasing her expertise in critical and emergency care for patients across all age groups.

Alan Philips is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in nephrology and renal care. He has practiced in Gallup, New Mexico since 2006, providing comprehensive management of patients with chronic kidney disease and dialysis needs in rural healthcare settings.
Mr. Philips has worked closely with multidisciplinary nephrology teams across multiple dialysis units, delivering patient-centered care focused on continuity, collaboration, and long-term outcomes. His background also includes experience in emergency medical services and wilderness medicine, which contributes to his calm, practical approach to patient care.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr. Philips has been actively involved in community leadership and education, reflecting a strong commitment to the health and well-being of Gallup and the surrounding communities.

Patel obtained his board certification in Internal Medicine in 2009 and Nephrology in 2011. He joined High Desert Nephrology Associates in July of 2011 after completing both his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at Saint Louis University Hospital. Dr. Patel obtained his Doctor of Medicine from Saint George’s University School of Medicine in 2006.
Dr. Patel’s areas of interest include acute kidney injury, glomerulonephritis, blood electrolyte disorders, chronic kidney disease and hypertension management, different renal replacement modalities, and transplant nephrology. He is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology and Renal Physician’s Association (RPA). His philosophy of care is to deliver comprehensive compassionate and personalized care and to do no less than the best for all of his patients. His goal is to listen to and understand the needs of each individual patient along with family members, answer their questions, and guide them through every complex step of their diagnosis and treatment.
