Syed Asif A. Shah, M.D., CPE, ABOM, RPVI, is a nationally recognized Board Certified Cardiologist and healthcare leader dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. With decades of experience in both clinical practice and hospital leadership, he has directed cardiac catheterization labs, non-invasive cardiology programs, and cardiovascular outreach initiatives, ensuring patients receive state-of-the-art care across multiple hospital systems.

Dr. Shah has held executive and leadership roles including President and CEO of Southern Tier Cardiology, Medical Director of Cardiovascular Outreach at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital, and Chief of Cardiology at Lakeside Memorial Hospital and Highland Hospital. He excels in designing and implementing hospital programs that improve patient outcomes, enhance cardiac services, and advance operational excellence.

Board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Obesity Medicine, and a Certified Physician Executive, Dr. Shah combines clinical expertise with administrative vision. He is affiliated with leading hospitals in Texas and New York, including US Heart and Vascular, Vital Solution, and Samaritan Medical Center, and is an active member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, and the American Medical Association.

Charles Bailey M.D.

Charles Bailey is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with more than 20 years of experience providing advanced cardiac care across leading health systems nationwide. He specializes in interventional and cardiovascular disease management and currently serves patients as a solo physician with Vital Solution at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, New Mexico.

Dr. Bailey has held key leadership roles throughout his career, including Partner and CEO of Heart Endovascular and Rhythm of Texas and Medical Director for multiple cardiovascular programs and surgical centers. He trained in interventional cardiology at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital and earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is known for his patient-focused approach, commitment to high-quality outcomes, and expertise in developing and enhancing cardiovascular service lines.

Payman Sattar M.D.

Cardiologist (Telemedicine)

Payman Sattar, M.D., M.S., F.A.C.C., is an accomplished interventional cardiologist with more than 25 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine and a Cardiology Fellowship at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. He also holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois.

Board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine, Dr. Sattar has served in prominent clinical and academic roles, including Interventional Cardiologist with VitalSolution, Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center, and long-term Attending Cardiologist at both Rush University Medical Center and Cook County/Stroger Hospital. His leadership experience includes directing Cardiology Catheterization Labs, Cardiology Clinics, Lipid Clinics, and Echocardiography programs.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sattar has been recognized for his diagnostic expertise, procedural skill, and commitment to advancing cardiovascular care. He holds active medical licenses in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Illinois, Texas, and Kansas, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Illinois Medical Society, and the American College of Physicians.
