Job Title: Senior Director, Multi-Specialty Clinic Operations

Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Multi-Specialty Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall operation, financial, and clinical support performance of a multi-specialty ambulatory enterprise. This role provides hands-on leadership across access, patient flow, staffing, provider support, and execution of operational priorities.
This is a high-accountability, execution-focused role. The Senior Director is expected to be visible in the clinics, directly involved in solving operational problems, and personally engaged in improving work-not operating solely through delegation. All other duties as assigned. Demonstrated track record of operational turnaround, execution, and performance improvement. Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills. Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and hands-on engagement. All other duties as assigned.
