Job Title: Health Information Management Analyst

The HIM Analyst performs work of routine difficulty in a fast-paced environment under the general supervision of the Health Information Management (HIM) Manager. Retrieves, logs, and delivers medical records daily as assigned and or delivers medical records to all nursing floors, emergency room department as requested. Logs, dates, and distributes mail. Responsible for retrieval, assembly and analysis of all discharge medical records for completeness. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
