Aaron Brown Patterson is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with extensive experience in anesthesia, critical care, and emergency medicine. He provides comprehensive anesthesia services across surgical and high-acuity settings, including airway management, regional and general anesthesia, pain management, and perioperative care for patients across the lifespan.
Patterson also brings strong leadership and administrative experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and clinical education. His background includes service in rural and federal healthcare systems, with a continued focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and team-based care.
Katrina L. Pinczes is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with more than two decades of experience in critical care and anesthesia practice. She brings a strong background in ICU nursing and anesthesia services across hospital and locum settings, with a focus on patient safety, clinical precision, and calm decision-making during high-risk situations.
Katrina is highly experienced in regional anesthesia and routinely performs ultrasound-guided nerve blocks for upper and lower extremity procedures, as well as abdominal and trunk blocks. She has provided anesthesia care in multiple healthcare systems across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Ohio, collaborating closely with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
Known for her reliability and clinical judgment, Katrina has also held teaching and leadership roles, including Assistant Chief CRNA and clinical systems trainer. She remains actively involved in professional organizations and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and effective anesthesia care.
Joseph Winterrowd is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with extensive experience providing anesthesia care across acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, trauma facilities, and obstetric units. He currently practices as an independent CRNA with Main Street Anesthesia in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting multiple facilities and specialties to meet critical staffing needs.
Joseph’s clinical expertise spans general, orthopedic, pediatric, vascular, ENT, neuro, bariatric, and OB/GYN anesthesia, including labor epidurals and spinal anesthesia. He has held leadership roles such as Chief CRNA, overseeing operating room scheduling and anesthesia staffing across complex, multi-service environments. His background includes significant experience in high-acuity trauma and intensive care settings, including neuro ICU, cardiac surgery, transplant, and emergency departments.
With advanced training in nurse anesthesia and a strong foundation in critical care nursing, Joseph is recognized for his clinical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across diverse surgical populations.
