Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Tech

Position Summary:
The Grounds Maintenance Technician, under general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, maintains, cleans and repairs all aspects of the facility and grounds as instructed.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Experience:
* At least two years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
* Ability to write clearly and concisely to complete reports and paperwork.
* Ability to use power tools to maintain facility.
