Job Title: Dietary Manager

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager performs duties of considerable difficulty under the general direction of the Director of Materials Management. The Dietary Manger will provide leadership, direction and management oversight for the continuous improvement of the Dietary department. Management of the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and appearance for patients, visitors and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Two (2) years’ healthcare Dietary experience, with a minimum of two-year supervisory experience required, or any equivalent combination of training and experience required. Required Licensure/Certification(s): • Must have valid driver’s license and be eligible to be insured under RMCHCS vehicle liability policy. • Current Food Handler’s certification required. • ServSafe certification required (if not current upon hire, must obtain certification within six (6) months of hire. • Dietary Manager’s Course (certificate program) preferred.
