Job Title: Floor Technician

The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all floor surfaces of the facility and off sites including and not limited to the following: floor finish removal, finish recoat, routine floor scrubbing, dust mopping, mopping, burnishing of floors, extraction of carpet / furniture and carpet shampooing. May be called upon to perform conventional housekeeping-related duties in other areas as needed. Must collaborate with others, accomplish tasks, solve problems and communicate effectively. The Floor Technician is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
