Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, under direction of the Senior Human Resources Director will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education: o Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. Experience: o 3+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. Required Licensure/Certification(s): o SHRM-CP preferred. o SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
