Job Title: Clinic Manager

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director of Clinics, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for management of front desk staff in two clinic locations. They will coordinate and organize general operating activities of the front desk staff. Performs tasks as they apply to the clinical environment. Duties are of considerable difficulty and are based on management, business and accounting principles and standards. The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Completion of Medical Assistant (MA) program via an accredited institute required. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a medical environment required. Minimum of one year experience in a clinic required. Required Licensure/Certification(s): Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required. BLS certification required. (If BLS verification is not current upon hire must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.)
