Job Title: Food Service Represenative

Job Summary:

Under immediate supervision of the Dietary Director, the Food Service Representative performs various
duties as needed in the kitchen, tray line, on patent floors and in the cafeteria. The job is considered routine difficulty. The Food Service Representative is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in institutional food service with therapeutic diets is preferred. Required Licensure/Certification(s): Current Food Handler’s certification required. Driver’s License will be required as needed due to assignments
