Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Grounds Maintenance & Telecom Technician, under general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, maintains, cleans and repairs all aspects of the facility and grounds as instructed and under the oversight of the Telecom Technician is responsible for the operation, installation, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunications systems and equipment. This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless communication services, particularly critical in a healthcare environment. The technician will work with advanced VoIP systems, unified communications, and emerging telehealth technologies. Completion of all other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. • Experience: Two years of maintenance and telecommunications related experience preferred. Ability to use power tools to maintain facility. • Required Licensure/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license and to be insurable under RMCHCS vehicle insurance policy.
