Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – $5K Sign-on Bonus- Night

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Location: RMCHCS
  • Shift: Night

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) reports to the Director of the Medical Surgical Unit. The LPN is under the general supervision of a registered nurse and is responsible to provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive care to patients within their scope of practice on the Medical/Surgical Unit. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: Education: * Graduation from an accredited school of Practical Nursing required. Experience: * One (1) year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse Hospital or Nursing Home preferred. Required Licensure/Certification(s): * Unrestricted LPN license in the State of New Mexico or acceptable compact state licensure required. * Verification in Basic Life Support required. (If BLS verification is not current upon hire must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.)
